1. Students should be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
2. Students are allowed for the scholarship who are 12th passed from J&K Board or Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE)
3. Students who qualify for tests like NEET, JEE, CLAT, etc. are eligible.
4. Only J&K board or CBSE-affiliated schools are going to be eligible
5. Candidate should have passed 10+3 diploma from the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir
