The ICSI Department released the circular on 11th October 2022 regarding the Roc Due Date Extended. According to the rules, the financial statement should be completed within 30 days to 60 days of the annual general meeting. They have mentioned the difficulties which are faced by the Central Board of Direct. Taxes (CBDT), taxpayers, and other stakeholders.
