Candidates must pass an entrance exam in order to be admitted to five-year BS-MS dual degree programme offered by Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs). A candidate can be admitted to IISER at Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Trivandrum, or Tirupati based on his or performance on IISER entrance exam, also referred to as IISER aptitude test. Students may apply IISER entrance exam in 2023 successfully completed Class 12 in Science stream. Candidates must finish 60 objective questions in whole in three hours according to IISER entrance exam format.
