Who is Eligible for PM Kisan Scheme?

Farmers who are not in the possession of land, tenant farmers, sharecroppers, and agricultural laborers are all eligible to apply for the scheme. You do not need to own any land to be a beneficiary of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan scheme. The scheme offers monthly income support of Rs. 6,000 to registered farmers.
How to Apply for PM Kisan Scheme?
Farmers who are eligible to avail of the scheme can apply by submitting the online application form, which will be available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The form can be filled in both English and Hindi. The farmer will need to provide the following details: name, address, bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder’s name. The farmer will also need to upload a copy of the Aadhaar card. Once the form is submitted, the farmer will be able to track the status of the application online.
